The customer service is exceptional because you feel respected and listened to, even if you take your time to go through the choices. I'm so glad I got the curtains when I did and that I never tire of them, I am so happy with them, and wouldn't change a thing about them. I believe they keep my place cool in the summer and warm in the winter and also keep the noise levels from the street down as well.
